Laura Nguyen, BSN, RN is a clinically trained Operating Room Nurse Circulator and Infection Control Preventionist with more than a decade of hands-on experience in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings. Throughout her career, Laura has worked across a wide range of surgical specialties, developing a deep understanding of perioperative workflows, sterile processing, and patient safety best practices.

Laura is based in the Chicagoland area, where she lives with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she values family time and remains committed to continuous professional development within the evolving healthcare landscape.

Eloise provides comprehensive support to Monica and Laura across all operational needs, including dashboards, logbooks, binders, reports, and other key documentation. She manages Axiom’s accounting functions and oversees client invoicing. With a master’s degree and 15 years at Axiom, Eloise brings a strong background in management and plays a vital role in supporting both the leadership team and daily operations.
